You’ll immediately receive confirmation from us that we have received your payment.
Day 1
Your resume writer reaches out.
Within 24 business hours (but usually just 3-4 hours later), your Exceptional Resume Writer will personally contact you. They will introduce themselves, provide you with their contact details and guide you through the next steps.
Days 1-2
You complete your Career Meditation™.
You experience our proprietary tool, the Career Meditation™, which we’ve created to ensure that you get the most out of your journey with us. It takes 1-1.5 hours to complete and gets you fully present to the breadth and depth of your achievements while providing us with raw data about your career.
Days 2-3
You participate in your Strategy Consultation.
Your Exceptional Resume Writer will call you at the agreed-upon time via phone or voice Skype call. We ask that you allocate approximately 45 minutes for this conversation. We will get to know you on a deeper level by profiling your personality and unpacking your job history.
Days 4-5
You receive the first draft.
Within 2-3 business days of your Strategy Consultation, you’ll receive the first draft of your resume. We will welcome your thoughts and feedback.
Days 6-8
We perform amendments.
We will incorporate your feedback and will send the 2nd draft of your resume to you within 2 business days. This is most often the final product that our clients are very happy with, but if you happen to request the 3rd round of amendments, we will happily make the necessary edits.
Days 7-9
You receive all your documents.
After we finalise your resume, we will write your cover letter and LinkedIn profile. Because by this point we understand your value very well, these documents rarely require substantial edits. Nonetheless, we invite you to provide up to 2 rounds of amendment requests.
Days 8-11
